Jim Banks - Bio

Source -

Jim Banks graduated from Indiana University with a teaching credential in secondary education. He then decided to attend graduate school at the University of Southern California, where he worked full-time at NCR and entered into his first real estate deal. This deal landed him more income than two-years of work at his full time job! As a result, he decided to pursue a career in Probate Real Estate. Realizing the potential of this opportunity, he left his job, enrolled in law school, and invested his time in Probate Real Estate. Today, he is recognized as the leading authority of probate real estate.

Through hands-on experience and much research, Jim refined a system that enabled him to buy personal property and real estate out of probate at huge discounts. Recognizing that there is plenty of probate for everyone, he dedicated the next 25 years of his life to using his system to find real estate for himself, as well as teaching others about it in his seminars across the United States. Over 25 years later, Banks’ course is still the only successful probate seminar on the circuit. He considers himself to be the “Godfather of Probate.” In 2005, Jim wrote the book Creating Wealth through Probate: The Best-Kept Secret in Real Investing which earned a top rating in the LA Times.

From his wealth and success in probate real estate, he currently lives and vacations in places that are only dreamt about. But now, Jim has brilliantly packaged everything you need to know in order to become a successful probate investor in his Probate Profits Made Easy system! Make the dream homes and dream vacations yours by implementing Jim’s Probate Profits Made Easy system!
